HEALTH & BEAUTY :: ADDITIONAL TIPS
Here's an additional tips to weight loss!
- Drink a lot of water (8 glass of water a day)

- Do fill up on fiber
- Don't miss out on sleep
- Use smaller plate
- Load plate with veggie
- Fill up plate with veggie,fish,chicken (or what ever you are eating) before filling it up with rice
- Keep a food diary (by writing up everything you eat,you can see what food to lose the next day)
- Don't eat standing up
- Eat enough calories but not too many
- Keep portions moderate
- Get moving (if you don't have time to exercise, walk more! take the stairs!)
- Take time to chew your food
- Avoid stress while eating (because you will tend to eat more)
- Eat early (especially for dinner. i usually take my dinner before 6pm)
- Have soup (liquid will make you feel full faster)
- Eat 5 or more servings of fruit and veggie everyday
