Here's an additional tips to weight loss!

  • Drink a lot of water (8 glass of water a day)

  • Do fill up on fiber
  • Don't miss out on sleep
  • Use smaller plate
  • Load plate with veggie
  • Fill up plate with veggie,fish,chicken (or what ever you are eating) before filling it up with rice
  • Keep a food diary (by writing up everything you eat,you can see what food to lose the next day)
  • Don't eat standing up
  • Eat enough calories but not too many
  • Keep portions moderate
  • Get moving (if you don't have time to exercise, walk more! take the stairs!)
  • Take time to chew your food
  • Avoid stress while eating (because you will tend to eat more)
  • Eat early (especially for dinner. i usually take my dinner before 6pm)
  • Have soup (liquid will make you feel full faster)
  • Eat 5 or more servings of fruit and veggie everyday
