DOWN HERBAL TEA : DEMI MOORE

Demi Moore is on the herbal tea bandwagon : "Having tea between meals fills me up while the vitamins keep me going". You can try green tea, which flushes out toxins and is said to boost metabolism. (Tips from me: try having green tea without sugar)


AVOID SUGAR : JESSICA SIMPSON

When Jessica Simpson realised she had to wear next to nothing as Daisy Duke in The Dukes of Hazzards, she went on a strict diet. "I try to stay away from sugar as much as I can, which is hard," she admits. To cut out sugar, avoid anything that screams "sweet". Hold back on our sweet tooth by using honey instead of refined sugars.

 

BE MATHEMATICAL : REESE WITHERSPOON

Reese Witherspoon should take a calculator with her wherever she goes. Her trainer Michael George reckons the perfect plate contain 40% carbs, 30% protein and 30% fat. So that is how she manages to look so svelte.

 

EAT RAW FOOD : UMA THURMAN

Uma Thurman is a fan of the raw food diet, which involves unprocessed, plant-based foods like fruits and veggies, nuts and legumes. At least 75% of all food is eaten raw. It has a cleansing effects, so you'll feel fabulous

 

LEARN TO LOVE CHILLI : GISELE BUNDCHEN

Gisele Bundchen reckons adding chilli to meals ups your metabolism. Its actually been scientifically proven, so start scoffing (Than god I love spicy food! :P but I dont think I have high metabolism..hmmmm)


TAKE FAT PHOTOS : HEIDI KLUM

Model Heidi Klum asked her mum to take photos of her post-baby body to help her keep on track with diet and fitness routines. "I've never been stick figure and if I could pay someone to go to the gym for me, I would. This was a way of helping me stick to plan."


FILL UP ON PROTEIN : HALLE BERRY

Halle Berry keeps her body in Bond-girl shape with a high-protein diet. She's said to be a fan the Fat Flush Plan: Plenty of protein-rich lean meat (chicken), Omega 3-rich food (fish) plus fresh fruit  and veggie.

Want to look like Angelina Jolie in Tomb Raider? Besides a rigorous training regime, Angie ditched her wake-up call of coffee and cigarettes and ate an actual meal, she called it an "interesting test" but we call it as breakfast.

 

EMBRACE THE SOYA BEAN : ASHLEY JUDD

Actress Ashley Judd keeps trim by laying off the dairy and uses soy milk on her cereal instead of cow's milk. Soy has lots of protein and it's cholesterol-free too. Tofu is made from soy, so try adding it to your salads and stir-fries - it'll keep you fuller for longer.


 TURN ORGANIC : GWYNETH PALTROW

Gwyneth Paltrow used to be on a strict macrobiotic diet that involved lots of brown rice and little or no meat. Now, it's all about fresh, organic foods. "I try not to eat anything too processed and not naturally welcome in my body", she said.
